My favorite one-shot non-Simpson family member would have to be Scorpio! He had his own theme song and gave Homer a football team, that has to count for something.

Sideshow Bob is my most favorite Simpsons character!
That being said, Flanders holds a special place in my heart. I also enjoy comic book guy and Cletus (the slack-jawed yokel).
